The interior is organised through a layout that naturally separates the day and night areas across its two floors.
On the ground floor, the living-dining area and kitchen form the core of the home. Both spaces maintain a direct relationship while being subtly separated by a dividing element that defines uses without interrupting continuity.
This floor also includes a bedroom with a private bathroom, an additional bathroom and an independent laundry area, completing a highly functional layout for everyday living.
The upper floor is dedicated to the private sleeping area, with a main bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, alongside two additional double bedrooms and another bathroom. This organisation responds to the needs of a future family while maintaining a balanced and well-structured layout.
From an interior design perspective, the project reflects the clients’ preference for material contrasts, combining dark tones with cherry wood finishes.
