Luxury house in Betera, Valencia in<\/span> Mediterranean style<\/a>, custom-designed for our clients. A prefabricated house with a total of 331 m\u00b2 distributed over two floors, with an <\/span>O-shaped floor plan<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This modular house has two different wings, the right wing consists of a complete suite with a large dressing room and the left wing is designed for the little ones, including a games room. A fa\u00e7ade with striking aesthetic cantilevers that mark the horizontality of the volumetry.<\/p>\n

A modular home equipped almost entirely by Porcelanosa<\/a>. Furniture, flooring, wall and floor coverings… It stands out mainly for its aesthetics with lateral volumetry and materials such as technological wood and white single-layer mortar that gives greater volume and personality to the house and its overhangs.<\/p>\n

As we enter the house we are greeted by a pivoting aluminium door of the highest quality, which already puts us in a position to appreciate the quality of the finishes and details of the interior of the house.<\/p>

Inside we find two different wings with four bedrooms. In addition, in the living room we find a double height that generates a continuity between the two floors that make up the house. This living room is also aesthetically divided from the kitchen thanks to a separating wall with a gas fireplace that brings comfort to the whole room.<\/p>

The interior flooring throughout the house is porcelain imitation wood, as well as the exterior flooring and even the swimming pool.<\/p>

On the side fa\u00e7ade there is a projecting volume clad in technological wood. This luxury modular house, custom designed by Casas inHAUS, is almost completely equipped by recognised high-value brands in the design and construction sector: Rimadesio and Porcelanosa. The installation of the 6 modules that make up the prefabricated house and the 2 canopies was carried out in just half a day. The slope of the land was tackled without difficulty thanks to the experience of the inHAUS installation team.
