This prefabricated design house in Valencia, currently under construction, is based on the Torrent model from our Collection 111 catalogue. A house with a total of 242 m² of occupation and a floor plan with a notorious L-shaped layout.
It stands out mainly for the materiality of its Mediterranean façade. Technological wood, porcelain tiles and natural stone, three elements that give the house an attractive aesthetic of contrasts.
Its distribution allows a clear difference between the day and night areas. Separating both in each wing of the house, but all revolving around one main element: the swimming pool. This L-shaped layout allows all the spaces in the house to converge in view of the swimming pool, the main feature of the day area.
The programme of this house is conventional and functional, integrating an opening in the large porch to provide the living-dining room with natural light. It has a living room-dining room-kitchen united in an open-plan space, a laundry room, a study, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a complete suite with dressing room.

A pure Mediterranean interior
The interior of this home is composed of neutral and white tones, to bring more light into the spaces. The open-plan spaces such as the living-dining-kitchen area, together with the large windows overlooking the day area, reinforce the feeling of spaciousness and serenity.
We also find materials in ivory and cream tones to present simple contrasts. In addition, the large porch contains an opening that allows natural light to flood completely into this space, improving the energy efficiency of the house and controlling the interior lighting.
An exterior that invites you to enter the house
The exterior of the house is in complete cohesion and union with the interior. Sharing materials and finishes.
The entrance door and the pergola continue the Mediterranean aesthetic of the house, as well as highlighting the access door on the façade.
The clients of French origin were looking for a first residence in Spain to live in and the Torrent model fitted their needs and plot.
