All our houses under construction are designed and manufactured in about five months. It depends on the shape, the qualities and, above all, the size. But this is always the case. We always deliver. And this is our guarantee for more than 120 prefabricated houses built with our production system.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our modular homes are manufactured by our workers, monitored by our technicians and supervised by our managers. We have a very high quality standard: we check more than 111 points with our quality managers. In this way, the architect does not suffer for the finishes, flaws, eyebrows, overhangs, changes of tone, staking out, etc.
RELOCATION
You will be able to make modular housing projects in other places. Forget the site management and forget the endless visits. If your designs are interesting, you will be able to sell them in other locations, as the house will be built in our facilities, as if you were there. We already work all over Spain (except the Canary Islands), France, USA and soon in Germany.
