In the Community of Madrid, we find one of our most special houses. This modular house is divided into two floors with a plot of a considerable unevenness and a distribution in plant that acquires an O-shape. With rounded volumes that enhances the lines and the use of noble materials such as technological wood.
A total of 458 m² distributed over two floors and an independent annexe next to the outdoor area and the paddle tennis court. Approximately 1000 m² of landscaped area and urbanisation.

Luxury environments: Creations that define spaces
This modular house has been designed completely to measure, adapting to the way of life and the needs that the client requested. Since our inHAUS system is very flexible and is able to adapt to any type of plot or dimension of the project. This modular house is divided into two floors and with the peculiarity that it is accessed from the first floor.
The main access to this modular house is on the first floor. We access it and find a hall, which distributes the four rooms that are on this floor. The rooms are composed of a complete suite and three single rooms and a bathroom.
Sophisticated interior for an exclusive home
Next to the hall are the stairs that give access to the ground floor, where the whole day area is located. On this floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
This floor also houses the kitchen area equipped with floor to ceiling cupboards and the living-dining room which is completely open plan giving a greater sense of spaciousness. Next to the living-dining room there is a small semi-open cinema room.
Through this ground floor there is access to the porch and the main garden where we find the swimming pool and the tennis and paddle court.
Another peculiarity of this wonderful house is that through the garden we can access an auxiliary room independent from the main house. This auxiliary room is equipped with a kitchen, a living-dining room area and a complete bathroom.
Among the materials of this house, we find in the façade a ceramic material model petralava ivory colour together with the technological wood and the Kline grey carpentries.
As for the exterior paving of the house we also find a petralava ceramic material which extends throughout the house, including the terrace and the swimming pool, thus giving a greater sense of continuity.
Undoubtedly, one of the differential elements of this luxury property in Madrid are its facilities. It has a paddle tennis court next to an annex area with a games room, kitchen and toilet.

The design of this luxury prefabricated house in Madrid reflects the owner’s desire for personalisation. The layout of this detached house clearly forms an O-shape, thus resolving the unevenness of the terrain by means of several accesses to the house. It provides ample views towards the best orientations, while maintaining optimal coverage and privacy.
The diversity of materials used in the façades is harmoniously combined. Ceramic cladding and technological wood stand out, connecting the house with the surrounding environment.
