A modular house, if necessary, is financed exactly like a brick house, through a self-build loan.
The self-build loan is aimed at individuals for the construction of their own home. In general, all banking entities establish compliance with a series of requirements prior to the granting of the self-build credit: dispose a property plot on which the house will be built.
With the project of your future home and the building license, you will be able to negotiate with your trusted bank and establish the conditions of the self-build credit that will help you finance the construction. To establish the lent value, the interest and the duration of the self-build credit will depend on your capacity of economic saving, other outstanding loans and their income. A maximum of between 80% and 85% of the total amount that you will need and a maximum duration of the 30-year subscription will be granted. However, as we said, it depends on the economic and personal situation of each client and the bank with which the contract is established.
The financing is granted by your bank, or a inHAUS friend bank, but it has nothing to do with Casas inHAUS. Each client decides which bank offers the most advantageous conditions for him/her. Our clients have financed their homes with different banks: La Caixa, Santander, BBVA, Bankinter, or SaNorte, among others.
