Founded in 2014 by the brothers and architects Sergio and Rubén Navarro, in its 9 years of existence Casas inHAUS has built 141 homes, has won numerous recognised awards such as IF Design Awards, Iconic Awards and Offsite Awards and is also exporting its production model and is in the process of internationalisation.
Casas inHAUS is the company that designs and builds industrialised housing with a modular design at a fixed price both in Spain and internationally. An innovative company in terms of processes, design and competitiveness that has reinvented conventional construction to achieve maximum efficiency in its homes and rapid delivery thanks to the industrialisation of its processes and the application of the principles of the circular economy.
Casas inHAUS modular homes and villas are, in themselves, a complete product and service. They provide the customer with the service of the entire process involved in creating a home, from start to finish. They turn the process into a pleasant experience for the owners of the houses, who see their home grow step by step, from the plan to the 3D image, to the manufacturing phases in the warehouse and so on to its implementation on the plot and the final handover of the keys. They also offer the option of contracting the interior design and landscaping project, as well as its complete furnishing.
