Mediterranean-style modular home in Rocafort

A detached house featuring Mediterranean materials.

Casa modular en Rocafort

Two-storey industrialised house in Rocafort, custom-designed for a family of five. A home comprising four modules with a floor area of 296 m². The design was based on the Lugo model from our catalogue 111, evolving into a completely customised home after several modifications to the design with the aim of making the most of the size of the plot.

Conceived as the new home for a young family who, for logistical reasons, decided to take the plunge and move to the outskirts of Valencia. On this occasion, the clients were very clear about their priorities: speed of execution, comprehensive project management and a design with attention to every last detail. The inHAUS team drew up an architectural proposal with comprehensive management, adapting the model to the client’s needs.

The rooms in this house face the pool and garden, promoting a connection with the outdoor area. The combination of fine materials such as light-coloured engineered wood, natural stone and white single-layer cladding on the façade characterise this Mediterranean-style project.

Connection between interior and exterior, interior design and urbanisation

The house is organised on two levels, with the ground floor conceived as the heart of daily life, with spacious rooms that open onto the garden, terrace and swimming pool, reinforcing the relationship between indoors and outdoors.

The living-dining room and kitchen are designed as a fluid space, intended for everyday use and family life. The house also has other complementary spaces such as a playroom for children and a guest room.

The upper floor is intended for sleeping quarters and has two children’s bedrooms, an office and the master suite.

Combination of fine and exclusive materials

The interior of the home reflects a careful selection of materials made together with the clients, with a clear commitment to quality, durability and aesthetic consistency. Light woods in the form of slats or panelling predominate in the interior, bringing warmth and light to the spaces. These materials are combined with large-format panels that run from floor to ceiling throughout the rooms, reinforcing the feeling of continuity and spaciousness.

Every design and material decision responds to a common goal: to create a functional, bright and sophisticated home designed for family life.
