Tiana model house in the Balearic Islands

A design house with high qualities in Mallorca

casa-modular-islas-baleares

Project in progress in the Balearic Islands, in Mallorca; a modular house based on the Tiana model from our Collection 111 catalogue. A house designed exactly like the Tiana model with a conventional layout and its characteristic S-shaped elevation, which highlights the play of volumes and overhangs of the house.

A luxury home with a distribution on two floors and basement with a total of 358 m² with contrasts present both in its facade, to further highlight its volume, and in its interior, thanks to materials such as technological wood.

The house built with our EMOHA system combines the robustness of concrete with the versatility offered by our design. Another great feature of the house is the entry of natural light, which together with the open spaces that converge in the day area, integrate the house perfectly into the landscape.

Modular housing in Mallorca

In a residential area of Bunyola, in Mallorca, we find this modular house with S-shaped elevation. A development project also carried out by Casas inHAUS, with a garden area of more than 1,000 m².

The design of this house, which is based on the Tiana model, has numerous large windows, which allows natural light to enter all the rooms. The façade features technological wood and white monolayer to generate contrasts and emphasise the volume and aesthetics of the façade.

The clients, of German origin, were looking for a residence where they could meet, enjoy themselves and spend their holidays. This is why open-plan spaces, openness to the outside and the day area were key. Developer clients in Germany turned to inHAUS for a company that would take care of all phases of the project, from design and optimisation to construction and development.

Characteristic design and architecture of the Balearic Islands

Inside the house we find open spaces with a chromatic harmony in neutral tones.

On the outside with natural elements such as wood and inside with light colours so characteristic of Mediterranean architecture. This high-end modular house has details in several corners that add a touch of distinction.

The kitchen enjoys wide views to the outside thanks to a large panoramic window. This element, in addition to filling this essential space with natural light, gives it an outstanding importance.

Inside, we can see how design elements, such as floor-to-ceiling doors and coffered ceilings, stand out. The owners of this industrialised house wanted to take care of the smallest detail in the design of their home and let inHAUS advise and advise them at all times, seeing our care in every architectural detail.

On-site assembly

The modules of this high-end modular house travelled by lorry and boat to Mallorca.
