Modular house consisting of only two modules, with a total floor area of 130 m². Designed for a client who wanted a practical, simple house that was fully adapted to her quiet lifestyle.
The project is based on the Tarifa model from our Catalogue 111. A model specially designed to offer maximum functionality in a compact space. Based on the original model, small modifications have been made to the fittings and finishes, tailored to the client’s personal preferences.
The construction of the house was carried out in a particularly simple and orderly manner, reflecting the advantages of a controlled industrialised process from the factory.
The choice of inHAUS was marked by the certainty and agility of the process. From the early stages of the project, the client was able to precisely define deadlines, costs and quality.

Simple and compact housing
Mediterranean-inspired materials
The project adopts a Mediterranean style, both in its exterior architecture and interior design. The ventilated façade combined with natural stone cladding provides solidity, texture and a direct connection with the surroundings. Inside, neutral tones predominate in keeping with the style of the house.
The kitchen has been custom designed and incorporates interior columns that act as dividers between rooms, organising the space in an orderly manner without losing visual continuity.
In the bathroom, design details such as niches have been integrated, combining functionality and aesthetic care.
A spacious and clearly functional layout
The living-dining room is designed as an open and versatile space, in which separating elements such as columns organise the interior and allow spaces to be defined without losing the connection between them.
Both the interior design and the development of the plot have been carried out entirely by inHAUS, ensuring a comprehensive vision of the project and consistent execution throughout all phases.
This home reflects how, even in compact formats, it is possible to offer quality architecture, controlled processes and a satisfactory customer experience.

The two modules of this modular house were transported by lorry to Torre en Conill.

The house is structured around an orderly and functional layout, with a clear separation between the day and night areas. The living-dining room and kitchen are designed as open-plan spaces, visually connected and with direct access to the garden and swimming pool, maximising natural light and the relationship with the outdoors. The dividing elements integrated into the design allow rooms to be differentiated without losing visual continuity.
The interior is completed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two additional rooms, offering a flexible layout that is well suited to a practical lifestyle.
