Sign up for our next Open House : you can choose between Friday and Saturday mornings.
Visitors will be able to see five different models of modular homes. In addition, visitors will be able to enter one of these spectacular homes, a completely custom-designed house. This house will be furnished so that visitors can get a better idea of the distances, layouts and final finishes. The other houses will be in different processes, phases or stages. In this way, clients will be able to enjoy the evolution of the Casas inHAUS construction process.
Open House registration
The Open Days are divided into two days with different timetables, one Friday during the day and the following Saturday during the morning. Due to the high volume of requests at each of the open days, inHAUS is obliged to select the people attending. Those requests that cannot be attended will be given preference in future open days.
In order to offer a better service and attention, there will only be groups of between 10 and 20 people. This other reason means that places are limited. To formalise pre-registration it is essential to fill in the brief online form at the bottom of this page, with some basic information about the visitor’s house project, and indicating the preferred day and time slot, which will be attended as far as possible. Clients with more advanced house projects will be given priority for assistance.
This visit to the prefabricated house factory at the inHAUS-LAB facilities in Almussafes (Valencia) offers the opportunity to see several custom-built houses and catalogue houses from the inHAUS Collection 111. Each of them is in a different construction phase, from a very early stage (in structure) to a practically finished one.
In addition, this exhibition of real houses also allows visitors to discover the Ceramoteca of the inHAUS LAB architecture studio. This is the area where clients choose their materials and finishes: top-quality flooring and wood, premium metalwork.
The visit to the inHAUS house showroom day lasts about two hours and is divided into three parts. Firstly, after the reception, there is a 45-minute presentation about the construction process and the premium quality of the inHAUS building system. Secondly, a visit to the manufacturing area of the houses, with the possibility to enter the houses and touch the real materials.
Finally, an optional extra time for personalised attention, for those who wish to ask specific questions and doubts about their home projects. The entire inHAUS team will be at the service of the attendees to explain all the ideas and the concept of industrialised construction.

To register for the inHAUS Open Day it is essential to book an appointment online, to indicate the number of attendees. We offer the option of obtaining information or resolving queries by calling 963519219 (opening hours from 9:00h to 17:00h). Our team will be happy to answer any initial queries by telephone, but registration is exclusively online. Due to the high number of applications received on previous days, special priority will be given to the most advanced preliminary projects and house projects and preliminary projects with plots of land already acquired or with a licence already granted.
