A modular house of concrete and natural stone in Ibiza, model Llucmajor
New project completed in Ibiza, this prefabricated house with a total of 332 m² distributed over two floors, with a large day area with pool and garden. This modular house was initially based on the Llucmajor model from the inHAUS Collection 111 catalogue. On an aesthetic and volumetric level, the clients liked the Llucmajor model and it fitted perfectly on the plot; however, on a distribution level, modifications were made at the request of the future owners.
The design of this prefabricated villa in Ibiza is characterised by the presence of noble materials both inside and on the façade, white monolayer, natural stone and wood are unquestionable protagonists of its Mediterranean aesthetic.
The house has a notorious L-shape on the ground floor, with a modular garage in the form of an overhang that generates intimacy to the terrace area from the street.

This industrialised house in Ibiza is made up of 6 modules in total, built with our EMOHA system, with a modular structure of concrete and steel.
It has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and a complete suite with bathroom and dressing room on the ground floor. It also has a modular garage with direct access to the house, along with a laundry room and a small machine room.
There is also a studio with a private and intimate terrace on the first floor. This upper floor is designed to provide shade for the living room, creating a terrace in the daytime area.
On the façade we find elements that reflect pure Mediterranean style such as natural stone and white monolayer, perfectly fitting in with the Ibizan style of the island.

Inside the house we find open spaces with a chromatic harmony in neutral tones and contrasts.
One of the key points of this Ibizan home is the connection between the interior and exterior, as the materials used on the façade are repeated in the interior spaces, such as natural stone.
This is why we can see a stone wall in the living room next to a wooden staircase that connects both floors, standing as a sculptural part of the room.
In the rest of the rooms of the house, we can see how design elements stand out, such as the tiling, floor-to-ceiling doors and ceramic tiles that reflect pure contrast.
