This summer residence in Jávea is tailor-made and designed for family gatherings every summer. With a Mediterranean façade and a summery style, this 572 m² villa has 6 bedrooms and large open-plan areas for family gatherings.
The whole design of the house is based on a special and peculiar history. The owners, a Slovakian business family with four children, wanted to build a house that would serve as a meeting point for their children, who each live in different parts of the world with their respective families. So both the exterior and the interior spaces exude the personality of this family.
This prefabricated house adapts to the unevenness of the terrain thanks to the development of the exterior area and the three heights that distribute the interior spaces.
The outdoor spaces take on the greatest importance in the project since, being a modular house designed for the summer, these spaces will be the most inhabited. Therefore, to further highlight the incredible visual landscape from the cliff where the house is located, an infinity pool is used. The views from the pool converge in a glass fence through which the sea and the best coves of Jávea can be seen.
In addition, the outdoor spaces range from a chill-out area, golf course, pickleball court to a greenhouse with 56 different tropical species. Undoubtedly, an exclusive design house with luxury in every corner.

An interior design with a central element: the piano
One of the daughters of the family is a pianist, so the piano is a central and significant element of union for them. It was clear to us that in the design of the villa it should acquire importance, which is why it has been strategically placed between the living room and the kitchen. This creates a focal point where the family can get together to listen to music and talk.
In addition, this piano is connected to external speakers that allow its sound to be heard from all the exterior spaces of the house, so that while the family is in the swimming pool they can listen to their sister playing the piano.
The entrance hallway, which leads to the lift and staircase, is designed to integrate with the living room. We have removed walls and added a bookcase and a base unit to maintain the feeling of a hallway, but with an opening into the living room. Thus enhancing the open-plan areas, for a greater sense of spaciousness and connection between spaces.

The imposing triple-height staircase stands as a key element of the interior architecture, linking the ground floor, first floor and basement. A spacious central recess frames the elegant light fixtures suspended from the ceiling. The stone and lacquered metal staircase makes this element the visual heart of the house.
This villa in Alicante has three floors connected by a stone staircase and a lift. Inside there is a gymnasium, games room, piano and six complete and independent bedrooms for each child and their family.
The kitchen is also an important place for the family, in addition to a wine cellar and all the necessary accessories to cook comfortably, it has a large 12-seater table around which to gather and spend a relaxed time during the meal. An open space towards the living room and the central element: the piano.
In addition, there is a hidden auxiliary area with sliding doors for more specific spaces such as the laundry room and pantry.
