inHAUS took part in REBUILD 2026, the leading trade fair for innovation in construction, which is driving the sector’s transformation towards a new, more industrialised, sustainable and digitalised construction model.

This participation came about in collaboration with K·LINE, which invited inHAUS to take part in the presentation “From design to reality: industrialisation, building envelopes and new construction models”.

The presentation took place on 25 March at the Saint-Gobain Theatre (Hall 10) and featured Rubén Navarro, CEO of Casas inHAUS, alongside Juan Carlos Castaño, CEO of K·LINE.

Industrialisation beyond the building

The presentation explored how the industrialisation of the construction process is not limited solely to the manufacture of the dwelling or modules, but also extends to the comprehensive management of the building’s components.

From this perspective, elements such as the building envelope, joinery, cladding and repetitive systems become part of a comprehensive system designed according to criteria of modularity, standardisation and economies of scale.

This approach allows for the optimisation not only of the final product, but of the entire process, from design through to execution.

Design, precision and efficiency

The presentation focused on a detailed analysis of the modules and how their design determines the overall efficiency of the project.

Optimising dimensions, product types and manufacturing processes enables:

  • Facilitating the mass production of components
    Improving coordination between systems
  • Increasing technical and financial control
  • Optimising the overall efficiency of the project
  • Facilitar la producción en serie de componentes

An approach that is particularly relevant in larger-scale projects or high-rise construction, where repetition and precision are key.

Collaboration within the industrial ecosystem

inHAUS’s participation in REBUILD 2026 forms part of its collaboration with K·LINE, a strategic partner with whom it shares a common vision regarding the sector’s evolution towards increasingly industrialised, precise and efficient models.

Events of this kind enable us to share knowledge, compare approaches and continue to make progress in developing construction solutions tailored to the current challenges facing the building industry.
