Mediterranean-style modular housing in Valencia

A detached house featuring Mediterranean materials

Casa modular a medida valencia estilo mediterráneo

Two-storey industrialised house in Valencia, custom-designed for a family. A home comprising four modules with a floor area of 296 m². The design was based on the Lugo model from our catalogue 111, evolving into a completely customised home after several modifications to the design with the aim of making the most of the size of the plot.

Conceived as the new home for a young family who, for logistical reasons, decided to take the plunge and move to the outskirts of Valencia. On this occasion, the clients were very clear about their priorities: speed of execution, comprehensive project management and a design with attention to every last detail. The inHAUS team drew up an architectural proposal with comprehensive management, adapting the model to the client’s needs.

The rooms in this house face the pool and garden, promoting a connection with the outdoor area. The combination of fine materials such as light-coloured engineered wood, natural stone and white single-layer cladding on the façade characterise this Mediterranean-style project.

Connection between interior and exterior, interior design and urbanisation

The house is organised on two levels, with the ground floor conceived as the heart of daily life. Spacious, bright rooms open onto the garden, terrace and swimming pool, reinforcing visual and functional continuity with the exterior.

The living-dining room and kitchen are designed as a fluid space, intended for everyday use and family life. Large glass surfaces enhance the entry of natural light and extend the space towards the porch.

The house also incorporates complementary rooms that enrich the spaces, such as a playroom for children and a guest room, adding versatility to the whole.

The upper floor, intended for the night area, houses two children’s bedrooms, an office and the master suite, creating a more private area without losing the architectural coherence of the project.

Combination of fine and exclusive materials

The interior of the home reflects a careful selection of materials chosen together with the clients, with a clear commitment to quality, durability and aesthetic consistency.

Light woods in slats and panelling predominate, bringing warmth and light to the spaces. These elements are combined with large-format panels that run from floor to ceiling throughout the rooms, reinforcing visual continuity and a feeling of spaciousness.

Every design and material decision serves the same purpose: to build a functional, bright and sophisticated home, designed for everyday use and family life.
