Finally converting this spectacular design into a new catalogue house: the Alicante model.

This play and change of volumes is due to the client’s needs. The plot being more elongated required the orientation of the house on the plot and its volumes to be in accordance with a more elongated design, not so wide.

The 6 modules of this luxury modular house travelled by boat and lorry to Mallorca.
A total of 6 modules were transported by ship and lorries to Mallorca from our factory in Almussafes (Valencia). In only half a day we were able to carry out this complex implementation due to the weight of the modules because of the materiality of the facade. Our construction and logistics system allows us to transport modules with finished facades with heavy materials such as steel and natural stone.

The customisation of an inHAUS modular home
A custom-designed house for our clients, inspired by two models from our 111 modular house catalogue: the Llucmajor model and the Sotogrande model. Due to the orientation of the plot and its length, it was decided to adapt the aesthetics of the house to make the most of the land and construction surface. For this reason, structural changes were applied to the initial models and a play of volumetries on the sides of the house, in order to extend it towards the day area where the swimming pool is located, and to delimit its width.

Its distribution of interior spaces is based on the functionality of the spaces and the orientation of the views towards the day area. On the ground floor there is a complete suite with dressing room and bathroom, an open plan living-dining room and a semi-enclosed kitchen. There is also an additional guest room. On the upper floor there is a games room, together with two additional single bedrooms.
