Modular house in Alicante with a clear High Tech style based on one of our prefabricated houses from catalogue 111: the Masnou model. This house has a total of approximately 255 m² distributed over two floors.
A house that stands out for its modern and functional aesthetics, its distribution in E-shaped floor plan that allows to have several views of the landscape and orientations in the plot, elements that show the modern architectural essence of this house such as the use of LED lights to highlight the overhangs, the use of materials such as porcelain and technological wood.
Its façade shows the contrast that this house reflects both inside and outside. The joinery is brown in the same tone as the technological wood used to achieve a greater contrast of tones.

Inside the house there are four rooms divided into two floors. On the lower floor we are welcomed by a large open space comprising the living room, kitchen and dining room. Three spaces divided superficially by a small wall in the middle.
