The international event of the Modular Building Institute celebrates its 40th anniversary with the presence of the most important players in modular construction worldwide.
Casas inHAUS will once again participate as a guest at World of Modular (WOM) convention, the event organized by the Modular Building Institute, the most representative association of modular and prefabricated construction in the United States. WOM 2023 will bring together the most important players in the sector worldwide from March 29 to April 1. This time, the event will be held in Las Vegas (Nevada).
The Modular Building Institute (MBI) celebrates this year the 40th anniversary of this convention, the most relevant worldwide. Although it usually has a remarkable acceptance and high attendance rates, this year’s edition has managed to fill its capacity and has confirmed all tickets several weeks before the start.

After a previous participation as a speaker in March 2020, in the face-to-face event held in Florida, Casas inHAUS returns to the call of the MBI as one of the co-protagonists. The Valencia-based high-end modular homes firm will once again contribute its expertise, with a presentation on March 31 (Bellagio Hotel, 3:30 p.m.) entitled ‘Re-evolution inHAUS’, by Rubén Navarro, CEO of inHAUS, and led by Clara Calvo, Sales Director.
In addition, Casas inHAUS is once again eligible for one of the awards granted by the MBI on the occasion of the WOM. This time, it opts in the category of Marketing Pieces, with the publication of the book ‘The 11×11 Modular Architecture Book’. This publication, published by the prestigious RBA label, tells the story of the early years of inHAUS through 11 of its projects and aims to disseminate, in an entertaining way, the new forms of design and industrialized construction and the innovative construction system of inHAUS.

In 2021 Casas inHAUS already won an Honorable Mention in the category of First Residence Architecture, among more than a hundred applicants. This section praised structures of less than 10,000 square feet (929 m2). On that occasion, the first prize went to Triumph Modular – KBS Building Systems, one of the benchmarks and leaders in the USA.
The MBI gives these individual awards to the most outstanding companies for their service to the modular building industry. Casas inHAUS became the first Spanish company to receive an award or mention at the World of Modular convention.
The MBI-WOM awards are the highest awards in the modular construction industry in America and internationally. In addition, as highlighted by the organization, the winners are chosen by an independent group of industry experts.
