Luxury residence in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona, completely custom-designed for our clients. A modular house with a total of 283 m² distributed over two floors.
An L-shaped floor plan and a classic Mediterranean style using technological wood and white monolayer cladding on the façade. A house with a compact aesthetic that reflects an incredible spaciousness thanks to the large windows that define its structure and the three metres of free height that the ground floor has.
To add dynamism to the house and to take advantage of the great unevenness of the plot, a lateral overhang has been created to generate flight and break up the initial sober and compact structure of the house.
The main objective of the design was to achieve a fluid interior-exterior connection, taking maximum care of the details of the interior design project and the urbanisation, with the latter featuring a spectacular corner infinity pool and a fireplace area.

Incredible exterior with infinity pool and fireplace area
The outside of this modular home is characterised by the presence of a corner infinity pool, visible from all angles of the house. This is thanks to the large windows that converge in the day area. In addition, there is also a chill-out area that connects the kitchen and living room with the exterior and ends at the swimming pool.
Another key element in the design of this luxury home is the relax area, which adds detail and luxury to the outdoor spaces. At the same time, this chill-out area fulfils a clear functionality: the favourite place chosen by the clients for meetings without the need to gather inside the house.
The plot of this project has conditioned its architectural design to a great extent, adapting to the great unevenness reflected by the terrain, saved by means of numerous elements.
Interior design and detail in this luxury residence
Once we enter the house we find ourselves on the ground floor with the master suite with dressing room and bathroom, with special views of the plot and the garden. In the other wing we find an open plan living room-kitchen where the real protagonist is the space dedicated to the kitchen. For the owners of this house it was essential to have a large space in the kitchen with a large island.
To make the interior spaces of the house more spacious, the ceilings are three metres high with floor-to-ceiling doors. In addition, the large windows bring light into the interior; they also allow for north-facing views of the forest and greater efficiency in the home.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, including the guest bedroom.

We interviewed Claudia de Sousa, interior designer with whom we collaborated on this project, during the implementation in Sant Pere de Ribes. Claudia came to us with this project and tells us why she chose inHAUS, highlighting our designs and the values of our homes. In addition, she also details the needs of the clients that she had to plan and face together with us. Three-metre clear heights, large windows to connect with the surroundings and other details that characterise the project. The joint work with Claudia as interior designer has been key to be able to project all the needs and tastes of our clients, finally achieving a result that in Claudia’s words, ‘is a spectacular house and exceeds the designs and renders of the project’.
