A contemporary two-storey modular home designed to suit its plot.
A bespoke two-storey detached home designed for a spacious plot in a rural setting near Valencia. With a built area of 234 m² and composed of eight volumetric modules, this project is based on one of the designs from our 111 Collection, the Masias model.
However, the characteristics of the plot played a decisive role in the development of the project. The available buildable area required the original proposal to be redesigned, reducing the floor area by approximately 100 m² compared to the standard model. The result is a fully bespoke home tailored to the client’s requirements.
The brief reflected the owners’ priority for a fast construction process, while creating a home capable of adapting to the needs of a future growing family. The result is a functional, well-organised residence designed to evolve over time.
The property features a photovoltaic system and advanced home automation, integrating the latest solutions in energy efficiency and smart home control. The entire project was completed in approximately one year. In less than four months, the house was fully manufactured at our production facility and delivered ready for installation on site, demonstrating the efficiency of the inHAUS industrialised construction system.

A home that opens towards the surrounding landscape
The house sits on a gently sloping plot overlooking the surrounding mountains, making the most of its rural setting. Its contemporary architecture is defined by clean volumes, highlighted by a striking cantilever that gives the building its distinctive identity while creating sheltered outdoor living areas.
The light porcelain façade combined with expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing enhances the sense of openness and allows abundant natural light to flood the interior.
The entire landscape design, developed by inHAUS, organises the outdoor spaces into clearly defined functional areas. These include a parking area for two vehicles and a covered porch with direct access to the kitchen, conceived as the ideal setting for family gatherings. The property is completed by a swimming pool and carefully designed outdoor living spaces that encourage year-round enjoyment of the natural surroundings.
A functional layout designed
for family living
The interior layout naturally separates the daytime and nighttime living areas across two floors.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen form the heart of the home. These spaces maintain a strong visual connection while being subtly defined by a dividing architectural element that separates functions without interrupting the overall flow.
This level also includes a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom and a separate utility and laundry room, creating a practical layout for everyday living.
The upper floor is dedicated to the private sleeping quarters, featuring a principal suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, together with two additional double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. This arrangement has been designed to accommodate the future needs of a growing family while maintaining a balanced and efficient floor plan.
The interior design reflects the owners’ preference for material contrasts, combining dark finishes with cherry wood to create warm and sophisticated living spaces.

The eight volumetric modules that make up this bespoke modular home were transported by road to Valencia for installation.

The home is arranged over two levels. The ground floor is centred around the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which connects directly to the outdoor spaces. This level also includes a utility and laundry room, a bathroom and a guest bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.
The upper floor has been designed as the private sleeping area, featuring a spacious principal suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, together with two additional double bedrooms. The layout creates a home designed to evolve over time and adapt to the changing needs of its owners.
