VIABILITY STUDY

Once you have the model of your house already selected and your budget personalized and registered, you will only have to fill in our order form so that we can ensure the suitability of the house on the plot and carry out the rest of the relevant procedures. Our commitment is your peace of mind: we centralize all the procedures so you do not have to worry about anything else.

PURCHASE FORMALIZATION

Sign and formalize the prefabricated house purchase contract in any of the inHAUS offices. This contract confirms the qualities and complements established, the delivery date, the final price updated and defined according to the exclusive personalizations of each user and finally, the plot.

CUSTOMIZATION OF YOUR NEW HOME:

This section includes the adaptation of forms and functions; the choice of finishes for the rooms; the personalization of metallic carpentry and wood for wardrobes, kitchens, etc .; the verification of the electrical installation; the configuration of the complements; etc. Optionally, our technicians can offer a study of gardening and landscaping for the plot and even the execution of the same as the swimming pool or the fence. Finally, as the icing on the cake, our inHAUS DECO department can carry out an interior design, decoration and furnishing study of your new inHAUS home.

MANAGEMENT, PROCEDURES AND THE WORK

At inHAUS we take care of everything so you do not have to worry about anything. Thus, we will be responsible for presenting the basic project and execution in the official school for its corresponding visa and make the subsequent application for a license to the town council. The geotechnical test, the formalization of contracts with the insurances, the notice to the pertinent technical control organisms, the quality control, etc. We will take care of everything. Also, once the license has been granted and the work started, we will set a deadline for its completion and we will supervise it through our specialized technicians so that everything goes smoothly.

Once the work is completed and the corresponding external certifier carries out an exhaustive inspection along with the client’s approval in terms of qualities and finishes, the keys will be delivered.
