Cecotec Invests in Casas inHAUS to Develop an
Industrialised Construction Gigafactory in Valencia

This milestone paves the way for the development of one of Europe's largest industrialised construction facilities in Valencia. The project involves an estimated investment of €100 million, with a projected capacity of 6,000 homes per year and the creation of 4,000 jobs.

The partnership will lead to the opening of one of Europe’s largest industrialised construction facilities within three years. The project will require an investment of €100 million and is expected to become a significant driver of economic activity, generating 4,000 new direct and indirect jobs.

The facility will bring the advanced levels of automation, robotics and digitalisation already established in other industries into the construction sector. This highly technological approach will make it possible to complete the entire construction process efficiently in just three months.

Once fully operational, the facility is expected to reach an annual production capacity of 500,000 m² of industrialised construction, equivalent to approximately 6,000 homes per year.

The facility will be equipped to manufacture everything from exclusive single-family homes to residential developments, multi-storey apartment buildings and high-end hotels, using a Level 6 industrialised construction system in which approximately 95% of the building is manufactured in a controlled factory environment before being transported to and installed on site.

The gigafactory will serve property developers, public authorities, investors and other construction industry professionals, both in Spain and internationally, who require a construction system capable of providing greater cost and programme certainty, significantly reducing delivery times and eliminating inflation-related risks.

Valencia as a Strategic Industrial Hub

The combination of a well-established industrial network, direct links to the ceramics industry, excellent logistics infrastructure and extensive international connections makes the province of Valencia particularly well positioned to become one of Europe’s leading centres for industrialised construction.

At the same time, work is already under way to assess potential locations for the future gigafactory, focusing on large industrial sites capable of accommodating a project of this scale.

The Challenge of Making Housing More Accessible

Cecotec’s investment represents an important step in Casas inHAUS’s growth strategy and reflects the group’s commitment to bringing highly efficient industrial models into new sectors. This vision began to take shape through CecoHomes, its architectural division, which launched operations in late 2022 with the aim of transferring Cecotec’s successful business model from the home appliances sector into real estate, while maintaining its philosophy of delivering the latest innovations at fair prices.

Against a backdrop of housing shortages and rising construction costs in Spain, the holding company now aims to take its ambitions in this sector to a new level alongside Casas inHAUS. The partnership will support the development of more scalable construction models, while maintaining high standards of design, efficiency and architectural quality.

Synergies and Business Consolidation

Cecotec’s investment comes at a time of strong growth for Casas inHAUS. The company has already recorded more than €46 million in sales in 2026 and expects to reach €100 million by the end of the year, representing growth of approximately 400% compared with the previous financial year.

These figures reinforce its position as a national leader in industrialised construction and demonstrate the growing importance of industrialisation as a driving force in the future of housing.

The transaction was supported by No Limits Advisory, a firm specialising in corporate transactions and business financing. Its founder, Javier Jiménez, played an active role in structuring and executing the agreement.
