The ‘One Day Project’ philosophy represents the opportunity to immerse yourself in a unique day of work, designed exclusively for those housing projects that seek a more personalised approach. For 12 hours, you will have the opportunity to see your housing project take shape.
For this exclusive event, we offer a specialised team that includes a managing architect, a project manager, an ideas architect, a development architect, a quantity surveyor and an interior designer. They are all highly qualified experts in design and architecture, committed to providing customised solutions in an exceptionally short time frame – just one day!

Programme of the day
Location: Almussafes (Valencia, Spain)
8.30 – Visit to the housing in progress at inHAUS-LAB.
9.00 – Joint breakfast.
9.30 – Meeting at our facilities. Presentation of the first round of ideas for your housing project and discussion of them.
10.30 – Lunch
11.00 – Presentation of the second project proposal on your plot and discussion of them.
13.30 – Lunch
15.00 – Presentation of the third project proposal and discussion of the proposals.
17.00 – Choice of materials and finishes.
19.00 – Presentation of the third project proposal applying all the modifications, ideas and comments discussed during the day.

Registration and costs
The cost of a ONE DAY PROJECT session is FREE of charge.
In a “One Day Project” day, we offer you a service valued at €3,500 completely free of charge, including the five proposals and/or modifications to the project. All the technicians at your disposal during the 12 hours of the programme, allowances and internal displacements in Valencia included.
