Tiana model in Mallorca
Luxury modular house based on the Tiana model
This modular house in Mallorca, currently under construction, is based on the Tiana model from our Collection 111 catalogue. A house with a somewhat remarkable story behind it, since the client had already built his first house with us as a private individual, and on that occasion he wanted to build a second one for sale.
At Casas inHAUS we had already had the pleasure of building his first residence, but due to personal circumstances he was forced to sell it. To the surprise of the client, he not only recovered his initial investment with the sale, but also earned money. That is why this time, as a developer and lover of the Tiana model, he wanted to build this catalogue house for sale.
‘With inHAUS I knew exactly what was going to happen, how long it was going to take and how much money I was going to spend, no surprises. So it’s much easier to simplify the numbers and know if it’s a good or a bad investment’. In the words of the client, Christian, he wanted to secure his investment and so he came back to inHAUS again.
A luxury home with a 320 m² layout and a spectacular S-shaped elevation, which highlights the interplay of volumes and overhangs. Another key feature of the house is the presence of contrasts both on the façade, to highlight its volume even more, and in the interior, thanks to materials such as natural wood and technology.

A living room with an open and warm concept
Thanks to its large windows, the Tiana model is ideal for plots with sea and landscape orientation, as in this case. In addition, the interior of the house has a fairly conventional layout, making it more adaptable to the needs of future buyers.
An O-shaped floor plan makes it a compact house, with a kitchen open to the living room and bedroom on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms and a suite complete the programme on the first floor.
As the design and construction of this model was aimed at the quick sale of the house, the use of neutral materials, predominantly in the Mediterranean style that is so characteristic of the Balearic Islands, was chosen. This is how the interior design style proposed by Casas inHAUS was conceived.
Contrasts and lighting as key elements
The interior of the house also highlights the contrasts of materials, preserving a warm and welcoming Mediterranean style.
The lighting is key to give importance to some of the interior spaces and to distribute the natural light from the exterior throughout the house.
Every part of the house has been studied in detail, both the exterior design, the distribution of the spaces and the interior design, always in search of functionality and design in each space of the house.
Plan and layout
Modular houses in Mallorca, model Tiana
The project was based on the Tiana model from inHAUS catalogue 111. A model with a conventional programme and a compact, functional and simple ‘O’ shaped layout. Great presence of contrasts in materials and open spaces. A total of 4 bedrooms, including a complete suite and two floors. In its exterior design, the porches and the play with the S-shaped elevation and the volume that this brings to the house also stand out. Ideal for plots with views.
